It was quick and simple and was fine with the previous strap I ordered. However, this strap will not clip onto the fitbit and cannot use it.

I have purchased a variety of items from this team and find them excellent to work with. I recently had the unfortunate experience of trying to get a fast charger for my Samsung watch but although the items claimed to be able to do that, for my watch they did not. Communications with the team went well and they tried to find an alternative which did the job. This failed too, and when told, they were happy that I would return them and get a refund. It's these negative experiences that really tell how good an organisation is, and my experience tells me they are very good. Deal with them in confidence.

my order was missing half the items, and the one that was delivered was faulty. the customer service team were helpful however, with sending me a replacement and then refunding me when the replacement was also missing the same things.

Have purchased a strap and ear pads off Equipo and very impressed by the service. Highly recommend.
Decided to get a nylon strap. (The silicone ones leave marks on my skin). It sits well and feels comfortable. The only suggestion I have is for the second keeper, for the strap, not be fixed to allow the excess strap to be secured for different wrist sizes.
Quick service from Equipo, but let own by the courier delivering to the wrong house and taking over 24 hours to go back to the wrong house and deliver to the correct house where I live.

I bought the sennheiser headphone pad replacements and found out how hard they are to put on. After much mucking about and stress I put them in the oven at 50deg celcius and the pads snapped on straight away - such a relief
